Equipment Readiness
All required equipment must be present and functional at the start of installation. Missing or incompatible equipment may result in additional billable time, travel charges, or rescheduling.
Remote Builds
For virtual installations, work is limited to available equipment. Any time lost due to missing gear or connectivity issues is non-refundable.
